Problem 9:  Sheet Metal Design

Introduction

Attempt this problem after completing Tutorial 9.  The problem will test your knowledge of sheet metal design.

Problem Statement

Create the sheet metal part shown below

 

 

Add the four walls

 

 

Add the cuts and holes shown, using the un-bend and re-bend features when necessary.

 

 

Create a flat pattern of the part as shown

 

 

Create a DRAWING of the pattern (not shown).
