Basic frame TIG’d together. Plans are convert to rear wheel drive, with a V8 under the dash. Yes. I started this project in November 2009.

I need to find more motivation to get this project done. With the Crusty Chevy out of the way now, and an impending workshop on the horizon, time to dust off the cobwebs and get back at this project.
Intended to stay hidden until it is complete, it is more important that I find the motivation to get this one done soon.

This actually went really, really well. Usually, things never go this well. I am pleased.
Chasing a Hot-No-Start issue with the Chevy. Headers are doing a number on my starter. Latest attempt is swapping to a modern gear-reduction starter (still using remote “Ford” solenoid as well). We’ll see if this finally works.

These should finish off the wheels nicely.

And I HATE dropping transmissions. It all went together well, 2500 stall, and the shift kit went in without following the directions (less likely to break parts this way). The last of the seals in the transmission were replaced – hopefully less Exxon Valdez happening.
